Milk quality begins with a clean milking system. Effective cleaning, however, is not just a matter of hygiene – it also involves the real energy costs associated with heating the wash water.
Why does washing temperature matter?
Standard milking system cleaning cycles often require high temperatures, which translates into higher energy consumption and longer warm-up times. Products that are effective at lower temperatures can reduce these costs without compromising cleaning quality.

Acid 3 plus - acidic washing stage
Acid 3 plus is an acidic liquid for cleaning milking installations, containing phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and less than 5% aliphatic hydrocarbons.
- effective already at 40°C - lower energy consumption and shorter heating time,
- effectively removes milk stone and mineral deposits from the installation,
- low working concentration - only 0.5% solution,
- suitable for both manual and automatic washing.

Clean-B - alkaline washing stage
Clean-B is an alkaline liquid for cleaning milking installations, containing sodium hydroxide, less than 5% polycarboxylates, less than 5% phosphonates and sodium hypochlorite as an active substance.
- effective already at 40°C - effective washing at lower temperatures,
- removes fat and protein - dissolves organic dirt after milking,
- low working concentration - only 0.5% solution,
- It works well in any type of installation, both manual and automatic.
What does a proper washing cycle look like?
- Flush the installation with water.
- Prepare a working solution of 0.5%.
- Wash at approximately 40°C for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the installation thoroughly.
Acid 3 plus and Clean-B used alternately allow you to maintain full hygiene of the milking installation with lower energy consumption - effective washing already at 40°C.
