In November 2025, the milk market in Poland entered a price correction phase.
The average milk purchase price has decreased. With 2.21 PLN/l in October to 2.13 PLN/l in November, which is confirmed by data published by Central Statistical Office ?
Price drops affected most voivodeships, but the regional range remains high – from PLN 1.97/l in the Łódź voivodeship to PLN 2.30/l in the Podlaskie voivodeship. Podlasie, despite the month-on-month reduction, maintains its position as the region's
with the highest purchase prices, which results from the concentration of milk production and market structure.
November data point to market normalization after a strong October, not a sustained downward trend. The coming months will reveal whether the observed correction was merely seasonal or a harbinger of a longer-term price weakening.
