In November 2025, the milk market in Poland entered a price correction phase ⬇️
The average milk purchase price decreased from 2.21 PLN/l in October to 2.13 PLN/l in November, which is confirmed by data published by Central Statistical Office ✅

Price drops affected most voivodeships, but the regional range remains high – from PLN 1.97/l in the Łódź voivodeship to PLN 2.30/l in the Podlaskie voivodeship ↔️ Podlasie, despite the month-on-month reduction ⤵️, maintains the region's position
with the highest purchase prices, which results from the concentration of milk production and market structure.

November data indicates a market normalization after a strong October, rather than a permanent downward trend. The following months will show whether the observed correction was only seasonal or a harbinger of a longer period of price weakening.
