Kleczkowska 52, with the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8952232911, with the KRS Number: 0000916119, providing services electronically via the Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Device<\/strong> \u2013 an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 text data collected in the form of files placed on the User&#039;s Device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal data<\/strong> \u2013 means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (&quot;data subject&quot;); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong> \u2013 means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restriction of processing<\/strong> \u2013 means marking stored personal data in order to limit their future processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profiling<\/strong> \u2013 means any form of automated processing of personal data which involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyse or forecast aspects relating to the performance of that natural person at work, his\/her economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agreement<\/strong> \u2013 consent of the data subject means a voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of will by which the data subject, in the form of a declaration or a clear affirmative action, consents to the processing of personal data relating to him\/her<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal data protection breach<\/strong> \u2013 means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or unauthorized access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pseudonymization<\/strong> \u2013 means the processing of personal data in such a way that they can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that they are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anonymization<\/strong> \u2013 Data anonymization is an irreversible data operation process that destroys\/overwrites &quot;personal data&quot; making it impossible to identify or associate a given record with a specific user or natural person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-inspektor-ochrony-danych\">\u00a72 Data Protection Inspector<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In matters concerning the processing of data, including personal data, please contact the Administrator directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-rodzaje-plikow-cookies\">\u00a73 Types of Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Internal cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files uploaded and read from the User&#039;s Device by the Website&#039;s IT system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third-party cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read from the User&#039;s Device by the IT systems of external websites. Scripts from external websites that may place cookies on User&#039;s Devices have been intentionally placed on the Website through scripts and services made available and installed on the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Session cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files uploaded to and read from the User&#039;s Device by the Website or External Services during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User&#039;s Device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persistent cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read from the User&#039;s Device by the Website or External Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the Device session ends, unless the User&#039;s Device configuration is set to delete cookies after the Device session ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-bezpieczenstwo-skladowania-danych\">\u00a74 Data storage security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mechanisms for storing and reading cookie files<\/strong> \u2013 The mechanisms for storing, reading, and exchanging data between Cookies stored on the User&#039;s Device and the Website are implemented through built-in web browser mechanisms and do not allow for the downloading of other data from the User&#039;s Device or data from other websites the User has visited, including personal data or confidential information. Transferring viruses, Trojan horses, and other worms to the User&#039;s Device is also practically impossible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal cookies<\/strong> \u2013 the Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that may threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third-party cookies<\/strong> \u2013 The Administrator takes all possible measures to verify and select the service&#039;s partners with User safety in mind. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust for cooperation. However, the Administrator does not have full control over the content of cookies from external partners. The Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies, their content, or their licensed use by Scripts installed on the service, originating from external websites, to the extent permitted by law. Access to this data may be gained as a result of maintenance work performed by the service provider&#039;s staff. It is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of the termination of the service (e.g., deletion of a registered user account, unsubscription from the Newsletter list, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An exception is a situation that requires the Administrator to secure legitimate purposes for further processing of this data.
